• Circuit training – Jumping jacks , Push ups , Planks and burpees

• House chores
• Taking the stairs instead of elevators
• Carrying groceries
• Standing while doing tasks
These impacts my basketball performance because these improvements support my basketball skills which will help me run longer , jumper higher , defend better and move more effectively on the court.
